This position supports both litigation and transactional attorneys.
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across litigation and transactional matters.
- Prepare, draft, and organize pleadings, filings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and manage physical and electronic case files with a high degree of accuracy.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and attorney appointments.
- Manage calendars and track deadlines across multiple practice areas.
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and transactional materials.
- Assist across a broad range of practice areas, including civil litigation, commercial transactions, estate and business planning, tax matters, fiduciary litigation, legal malpractice defense, real estate, and mediations.
- Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed in a small‑office environment.
- Civil Defense litigation background strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small office setting.
- Team-oriented with a professional, cooperative approach.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain productivity in a busy environment.
- Paralegal experience preferred.
