Overview
Litigation Paralegal to work closely with attorneys in the Nashville, TN office of a growing national law firm. This role is on-site 5 days a week. You will support the attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, with significant exposure to federal court practice and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, trial-driven environment and is looking to deepen their litigation skill set.
Responsibilities- Support attorneys in complex federal litigation matters from inception through trial
- Prepare and manage pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
- Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
- Coordinate with experts, vendors, and court personnel
- Manage filings in federal court (CM/ECF)
- Organize and maintain case files and discovery databases
- Provide on-site trial support when required
- Prior experience as a litigation paralegal (plaintiff or defense experience accepted)
- Strong understanding of federal court procedures
- Trial preparation and/or trial attendance experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for trial, as needed
- Overtime may be required during trial periods and must be approved in advance
$65,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
