Location: Full-time, in-office (hybrid option after one year)

We are seeking a Commercial Title Insurance Processor to join our real estate practice in Nashville, TN. This role involves working on complex, multi-state commercial real estate transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with attorneys, clients, and title companies.

• Support attorneys on mixed-finance transactions and projects involving nonprofits, affordable housing, and low-income housing tax credit developments.
• Underwrite purchase, refinance, leasehold, and construction transactions by reviewing title searches, surveys, and zoning reports.
• Draft and issue title commitments, policies, and endorsements in compliance with state and national standards.
• Identify and resolve title exceptions and curative issues to ensure smooth closings.
• Coordinate and manage closings, including preparing closing statements, organizing documents, and handling wire transfers and fund disbursements.
• Maintain accurate documentation, prepare reports on open files and issued policies, and track revenue metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and title companies regarding underwriting guidance.
• Ensure compliance through file audits, AR tracking, and adherence to regulatory and firm standards.

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial title underwriting
  , including Tennessee transactions.
• Strong knowledge of ALTA standards, escrow procedures, and commercial title insurance practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title production/escrow software (e.g., Soft Pro Select, Rynoh).
• Active Tennessee underwriter license preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Full-time, in-office (5 days/week) with hybrid option after one year. Overtime may be required during peak periods; hours beyond 40 per week are paid at time-and-a-half.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
