LHH is seeking a Wills & Estates Paralegal to support a busy partner and, when needed, an associate for our client in Nashville. Check out the details below:
Key Responsibilities- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and related instruments
- Assist with probate matters
, filings, and case progression - Manage calendars, deadlines, and all logistics of the attorneys’ practice
- Prepare and assemble leather-bound estate planning binders for clients
- Generate and send electronic invoices; track attorney time (no billable minimums)
- Maintain and organize fully electronic client files
- Utilize case management/document systems for accurate labeling and retrieval
- Support occasional travel needs between Nashville and Franklin
- Prior experience in Trusts & Estates strongly preferred
- Polished, professional, and highly client‑facing
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new systems
- Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
- Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain)
