Overview
We are expanding and seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Family and Criminal defense law (Divorce, Custody, Adoption, DWOL, DUI, Assault). The firm is growing and looks for lawyers who can contribute to its growth.
We offer a salary with performance-based bonuses and salary increases when revenue goals are surpassed.

- Must be licensed and able to practice law in Tennessee.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient knowledge of pertinent law and local procedure.
- Strong litigation experience and capabilities, experience with mediation, negotiations, legal research, and writing.

- Effective problem solving and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Consult with prospective clients: 15 to 20 consultations per week, with a closing rate of 35% to 40%, approximately 4 new contracts per week.
- Efficient and productive case and client management:
Timely communication with clients, team members, other departments and agencies; track KPI follow-up; create and execute a weekly plan with the team for case review of all cases assigned; follow the CLG Client Communication Protocol (CCP). - Quality legal work product:
Timely filing of motions and other legal documents; ensure excellent client experience; keep Case Status Reports up to date weekly. - Timely production of reports:
Oversee and, where applicable, create timely production of reports daily, weekly, quarterly, and annually for supervision and management. Reports should be automated and efficient. - Effective delegation:
Maximize delegation to all team members using the Delegation Matrix, leverage attorney time, knowledge, and production; delegate appropriately and use technology effectively. - Meet individual goals and contribute to firm goals; work well independently and in a team, based on KPIs and expectations.
