Position:
Labor and Employment Associate seeking an attorney with 3+ years of labor and employment experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Labor and Employment Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law and a passion for helping businesses succeed. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, employee benefits, and workplace safety

- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents

- Represent clients in labor and employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings

- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures for clients

- Conduct trainings and presentations on labor and employment law topics for clients and internal staff

- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategic solutions for clients

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admission to the state bar and in good standing

- 2-4 years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably in a law firm or corporate setting

- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations

- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with client counseling and representation in litigation and administrative proceedings is preferred
