Family Law Attorney (Relocation Required, Assistance Provided)

The Virga Law Firm, P.A. is expanding its Panama City Beach office and is seeking attorneys at all experience levels who want to build a respected, long‑term practice.

You will handle a steady caseload of family law matters, including divorce (high‑asset), custody, alimony, modifications, enforcement, paternity, domestic violence, mediation, hearings, and trials. You will draft, discover, and develop strategy while working client‑facing from day one.

• Base Salary: $90,000–$170,000 DOE based on experience, courtroom skills, caseload, and expertise.
• Compensation Options:
  • Option A: $10,000 per year health insurance stipend.
  • Option B: $15,000 per year relocation and housing assistance for two years.
  • Option C: $10,000 per year student loan stipend.
• Signing bonus: $2,500–$5,000 DOE after 180 days.
• Performance bonuses not solely tied to billable hours.
• 160 hours PTO to start, courthouse holidays, flex holiday, half‑day Fridays, flexible scheduling.
• Parental, bereavement leave.
• 100% paid CLE, bar dues, certification dues.
• Mentorship from leaders in the Florida Bar Family Law Section.

• 0–7 years family law experience.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing, or willingness to waive or sit for it.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized and self‑driven.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office;
  Clio experience a plus.
• Comfortable with Zoom for virtual hearings.
