About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our firm. You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured and provide injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Providing legal support and guidance
  • Advising clients on the best behavior
  • Meeting with clients
  • Finding ethical solutions to legal matters
  • Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to provide essential advice
  • Strategizing on how to resolve the clients’ cases in a favorable manner
  • Informing clients about legal options and possible outcomes or threats
  • Developing persuasive arguments and representing clients in civil proceedings
  • Staying informed about current legislation
  • Building trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Preparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting clients with the execution of agreements
  • Maintaining professionalism and prioritizing client service and representation
  • Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual/Spanish a plus
Education
  • JD required
  • Barred in Tennessee
Experience
  • 4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law
  • Experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation
  • Auto Accident and Premises Liability cases required
