LHH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to sit in our clients office, fully onsite, in Nashville, TN.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary Range: $85,000–$95,000
• Work Hours: Flexible start between 8:00–9:00 a.m., with a 1-hour lunch
• Location: Fully onsite in Nashville (no remote or hybrid options)
• Billing: No billable hour requirement, but time tracking is expected

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of case preparation
• Maintain and organize case files and databases
• Manage e-filing and monitor court deadlines
• Conduct legal research and document analysis
• Draft and revise pleadings, discovery materials, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Prepare deposition summaries, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks
• Coordinate filings in state, federal, and appellate courts
• Communicate professionally with clients, court staff, vendors, and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in commercial litigation
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (Relativity, Nextpoint, Net Documents – training provided)
