• Represent clients in high-stakes commercial and complex litigation
• Manage and conduct depositions, draft and respond to discovery, and prepare dispositive motions
• Take ownership of trial preparation, strategy meetings, and case analysis
• Collaborate directly with senior attorneys and firm leadership
• Work with a broad client base, including leaders in healthcare, energy, finance, and telecommunications

• 3-6 years of solid litigation experience
• Background in commercial or complex civil litigation
• Proven ability to manage case files and drive litigation forward
• Licensed in Tennessee, or eligible to waive in
• Excellent writing, communication, and courtroom skills
• Comfortable in a collaborative, high-performance setting

• Automatic Bonus triggered at 1,950 billable hours
• Additional Merit Bonus available based on performance
• Billable Hours Requirement: 1,850 annually
