Associate General CounselWe seek a highly qualified Associate General Counsel to join our client's legal team and lead in managing litigation legal matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company that values innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Base pay range$/yr - $/yr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

- Manage a high volume of litigation cases
- Provide legal guidance to the corporate operations team
- Work closely with outside counsel
- Analyze company exposures and risks
- At least ten years of litigation experience
- Some experience in employment law would be preferred
- Active TN license (or eligible for TN license)
- E-discovery experience is required
- Desire to be a part of a collaborative team
In-office position in Nashville area. Some flexibility offered. Applicants must be willing to live in or relocate quickly to Nashville.
