Real Estate​/Construction Transactional Attorney

Job Description

GPAC, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnered with an AM 200 Law Firm. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about real estate law and construction law and want to take their career to new heights with advancement opportunities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

- Handle all aspects of real estate transactions related to real estate commercial leases and purchase and sale agreements, business structuring, lending and financing, construction issues, liens and contracts, easements, development, and condominiums
- Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters.

- Review and analyze title reports, surveys, and other documents.

- Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in real estate law.

Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in law and Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

- Admitted to practice law in Tennessee

- 5+ years of experience in transactional real estate and/or construction law.

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
