SAP Finance Senior Analyst

The Work: As an SAP Finance Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering SAP-enabled finance transformations by leading solution design, configuration, and delivery across core finance processes.

• Lead SAP Finance work streams across implementations, conversions, or transformation programs.
• Advise clients on SAP Finance best practices and help them optimize financial processes and controls.
• Design and configure SAP Finance solutions aligned to business requirements and SAP standard functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, HR, Data, Tax) to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Support testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities and provide clear recommendations.
• Coach and guide junior team members and contribute to delivery excellence.
• Apply SAP and Accenture methodologies to drive high-quality outcomes.

Location: This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.

• Minimum 1 year of SAP Finance implementation or transformation experience including experience across core SAP Finance processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Financial Close, Controlling / Management Accounting).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. If Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years of relevant work experience required.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance transformations or migrations.
• You have exposure to Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, or Procure-to-Pay end-to-end processes.
• You’ve worked in multi-country or global SAP implementations.
• You can translate business requirements into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• You’re comfortable leading client discussions and managing stakeholder expectations.
• You enjoy mentoring and developing junior SAP practitioners.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation as required by local law. This posting will be available until 04/06/2026.
