Solution Architect​/Retail​/Nashville, TN

Overview

One of America’s largest discount retailers, offering everyday essentials at a fraction of the price of their competitors, is looking to add a Solution Architect to their expanding development team. This company has been serving local communities for over 80 years and has over 18,000 stores across the nation. They are looking for a Solution Architect who can proactively lead and support architecture design for upcoming projects.

This is a full-time role and is hybrid in the Nashville, TN area.

• Lead the design of new projects, monitor existing solutions, and stay up to date with latest technologies and trends to ensure software solutions are cutting edge.
• Experience modernizing legacy technologies and an understanding of legacy systems to determine the correct path to modernization.
• 100% hands-on daily responsibilities.

• 6+ years of experience
• BS in CS or related field is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
