The Americas Deliver Service Partner (DSP) team partners with entrepreneurial individuals worldwide to build sustainable and scalable delivery capacity so that Amazon can continue to delight customers with fast, efficient, and bar‑raising fulfillment of their orders. As a Business Coach, you will serve as both advisor and operating partner, working alongside DSPs to solve their biggest challenges at a programmatic level, influence business planning and strategy, and identify obstacles to recommend solutions that set DSP owners up for success.
The DSP Shared Services (DSS) team is the backbone of the Americas DSP organization, enabling the scale of the program. In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day support that helps DSPs grow and thrive within the last‑mile network. You will use complex problem‑solving skills, manage multiple high‑visibility priorities, and maintain keen attention to detail in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
Key Job Responsibilities- Provide introductory information to new DSPs, set up accounts, and guide them through initial onboarding and launch.
- Conduct DSP training (in person and virtual) across several product types.
- Support the DSP intake process, solving simple and complex issues across a variety of topics.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate with customers through various channels and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information within Salesforce.
- Develop long‑term solutions using field experience and data‑driven assumptions.
As an Account Manager, DSP Shared Services, you will manage specific tasks or work streams that enable the onboarding, launch, or ongoing support of a DSP owner. You will develop mechanisms to identify problems that can be solved at scale and work cross‑functionally to build solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual errors in standard work. You’ll analyze problems, discover insights, deliver recommendations, and drive change through internal stakeholder teams.

BasicQualifications
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience with Excel.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese.
- Be able to travel up to 10 % to assigned stations and conduct training while lifting up to 10 lbs at station.
- 1+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts.
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start‑ups, or SaaS platforms.

Benefits and CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $47,500.00 – $83,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
