Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Execution
  • Lead the day-to-day management of complex internal projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Manage initiatives involving technology implementations, system integrations, operating model changes, and company-wide tool rollouts
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; develop mitigation plans and elevate issues when appropriate
  • Collaborate with leadership in the creation of project plans
  • Maintain clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables to support execution and accountability
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams

  • Coordinate across IT, Operations, HR, Client Service, Sales, Finance, and external vendors to align deliverables and sequencing
  • Manage interdependencies between teams and initiatives to prevent bottlenecks and execution breakdowns

  • Provide transparent, timely communication on project status, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs
  • Ensure stakeholders have a shared understanding of goals, timelines, responsibilities, and decision ownership

  • Apply consistent, repeatable project management processes to drive predictable delivery and cross-functional alignment
  • Establish and maintain clear project workflows, documentation, and operating rhythms. Ensure project risks, dependencies, and decisions are documented and visible. Continuously refine project processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes. Facilitate retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to strengthen delivery practices
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure projects adhere to applicable industry compliance and regulatory standards, including SOC 2, IRS, and SEC requirements
  • Partner with IT, Security, Finance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure controls, documentation, and processes are maintained throughout project execution
  • Identify and mitigate compliance-related risks during system implementations, integrations, and operational changes
