• Evaluate business systems and user needs for applications/products supported by the eSSC team.
• Recommend system and business process modifications to support business strategies through purchased or in-house developed software.
• Write detailed descriptions of business goals, user needs, technology solution functions, and steps required to develop or modify those solutions.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation practices, as well as software development methodologies.
• Communicate requirements to software developers and ensure the designed solution meets business and user needs.
• Resolve conflicting requirements with business users.
• Work with project managers and scrum masters to develop timelines and manage project risks.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance test plans.
• Help develop end‑user documentation.
• Gather and document use cases and feature requirements.
• Collaborate with project team of developers/QA analysts on features, enhancements, and fixes.
• Serve as 2nd tier escalation point for issues related to system functionality.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Gather and document detailed requirements, define scope and objectives, and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Plan and execute project tasks with minimal supervision, leveraging experience and sound judgment.
• Oversee and guide the work of team members as needed.
• Exercise a high degree of creativity, problem‑solving, and independent decision‑making.
• Typically report to a manager or department head.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Mid‑ to Senior‑level Business Analyst with both technical and functional expertise.
• Proven experience leading complex end‑to‑end project life cycles (from concept and requirements gathering through build oversight, go‑live execution, and post‑implementation stabilization).
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• Comfortable managing scope, timelines, and delivery risks.
• Experience working on large enterprise‑wide initiatives spanning multiple lines of business.
• Basic knowledge of .NET, UiPath, SQL, and relational databases.
• Experience operating within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Healthcare or hospital IT experience strongly preferred.
