Role Definition
  • The Data Solutions Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the front‑end of the data and analytics delivery lifecycle. This position owns the demand intake and prioritization process for Data Solutions, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data delivery teams.
  • The role focuses on intake governance, requirements definition, value assessment, and backlog readiness, ensuring incoming requests are clearly articulated, strategically aligned, and prepared for efficient execution by data and analytics teams.
  • This is an ideal role for professionals who excel at translating business needs into structured work, coordinating across teams, and bringing clarity to complex demand environments.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end intake and prioritization of data and analytics requests, ensuring demand is clearly defined, evaluated for value, and prepared for delivery.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope and success criteria, and translate needs into actionable work items.
  • Maintain and manage a prioritized backlog of approved requests, ensuring work is well‑scoped, documented, and ready for execution.
  • Coordinate across data, analytics, and technology teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery readiness.
  • Track intake progress and outcomes, providing visibility into demand status and contributing to continuous improvement of intake processes.

  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous requests and translate them into clear, actionable work.
  • Ability to translate approved requests into well‑defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Azure Dev Ops
  • Hands‑on experience using tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar platforms to track intake, backlogs, and work items.
  • Proficiency in using Azure Dev Ops for Agile project management, including planning and tracking user stories, requirements, and bugs.
  • Hands‑on experience in automating build and release pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
  • Knowledge of best practices for integrating Azure Dev Ops with other tools and services.
Agile & Scrum
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ability to create and manage product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven track record of leading Agile teams and driving continuous improvement in processes and practices.
Digital or Technology Space
  • Experience working within the digital or technology space, with a focus on delivering high‑quality software products and services.
