This is a temporary position expected to begin on or around May 4th and continue through mid‑July (about 12 weeks). The duration of this assignment may vary slightly based on business needs. Candidates should be available to work for the full expected timeframe. This role is temporary in nature and does not guarantee ongoing or permanent employment.

PositionSummary
The temporary IT Support Specialist provides software and network support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked environment. This position also provides support on a wide range of applications, including Microsoft, Cloud Based Storage, and Property Management software.
Key Responsibilities- Provides technical support to the entire company by providing technical assistance to all staff
- Performs hardware and software upgrades to existing computer equipment as needed
- Responds to software, hardware, and other technical problem calls on‑site or over the phone for users
- Performs printer network setup and troubleshooting
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Experience in a technology support type role
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical instructions
- Ability to apply instructions to resolve customer problems in a timely manner
- A+, Net+ and/or Sec+
- Microsoft AZ‑900, AZ‑104
- Microsoft Azure Active Directory
- Frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.
