The Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer will help lead the design, implementation, and management of privileged access management solutions to ensure the security of sensitive information and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of PAM technologies and cybersecurity best practices. The Senior PAM Engineer will work independently, with minimal supervision, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate PAM solutions seamlessly with existing systems and applications.

Additional responsibilities include developing policies and procedures for privileged access management, monitoring and auditing privileged access activities to detect and respond to security incidents and conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analyses. The Senior PAM Engineer will help prepare and present detailed reports on PAM activities and security metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Continuous education related to PAM technologies and cybersecurity trends is essential to drive innovation and best practices within the organization.

The successful candidate will exhibit a high degree of self‑motivation as well as possess excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and relationship‑building skills.

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of PAM solutions to ensure they meet security and performance standards.

• Ensure that PAM solutions are properly maintained with the latest security patches and enhancements.
