Insight Global's client is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support large‑scale, enterprise technology initiatives. This role partners closely with business and IT teams to deliver complex solutions across the full project lifecycle—from discovery and requirements through go‑live and stabilization.
This is a 12‑month contract‑to‑hire opportunity (or long‑term contract for candidates requiring sponsorship) with a hybrid schedule in Nashville, TN (2 days onsite).
Preferred Skills- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (mid to senior level)
- Working knowledge of .NET, SQL, databases, and UI Path
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise‑scale projects end to end
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and validation skills
- Comfortable managing scope, budget considerations, and delivery risk
- Healthcare or hospital IT experience
- Background supporting revenue cycle, financial, or operational systems
