Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced S4/HANA Business Analyst for SAP Manufacturing to play a key role in advancing our digital transformation across manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance. In this role, you will evaluate, test, and enhance business processes within the SAP PP/MM modules in both S4/HANA and ECC environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and implement SAP best practices that drive efficiency across our operations.

• Support manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance teams in areas such as production planning, scheduling, shop floor operations, capacity management, and production confirmation.
• Implement business process improvements using SAP best practices and industry standards.
• Partner with functional analysts, consultants, and developers to configure or customize SAP solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
• Train and support end-users on new SAP processes and functionality.
• Measure the effectiveness of new SAP process improvements and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP supply chain and planning processes, guiding teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP/QM/MM modules and core manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration between PP/MM/SRM and other modules.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex process issues.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to produce clear, structured user documentation.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA experience required; SAP ECC experience is a plus.
