What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals selling Identity Security Solutions directly to end users and through channel partners
  • Oversee the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting, while inspiring your team to achieve targets
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of sales strategies, customer bases, and partner relationships to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and present a 12-month business plan outlining milestones and required actions for achieving goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organizations
  • Experience in transitioning sales from on-premise solutions to SaaS models
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales processes, pipeline quality, and forecasting accuracy
  • Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition of complex solutions effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the Identity Security or related technology sectors
  • Familiarity with enterprise security solutions and governance requirements
  • Background in managing strategic partnerships and channel sales
  • Strong communication skills in multiple languages, particularly relevant to the Be Ne Lux  region
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Identity Security market
