- Conduct detailed evaluations of sales strategies, customer bases, and partner relationships to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and present a 12-month business plan outlining milestones and required actions for achieving goals
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships
- Proven track record of leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organizations
- Experience in transitioning sales from on-premise solutions to SaaS models
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales processes, pipeline quality, and forecasting accuracy
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of complex solutions effectively
- Experience in the Identity Security or related technology sectors
- Familiarity with enterprise security solutions and governance requirements
- Background in managing strategic partnerships and channel sales
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages, particularly relevant to the Be Ne Lux region
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders in the Identity Security market
