As the Manager of Data & Analytics, you’ll lead a team of talented analysts who power the decision‑making for Ramsey’s consumer businesses. You’ll be both a hands‑on data leader and a strategic partner, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability across multiple business units, including our network of shows that have millions of listeners!

As a data leader in this space, you’ll build the insights and systems that fuel our company’s mission. You’ll ensure our consumer businesses have reliable, actionable data to make confident decisions, optimize performance, and serve more people effectively. You’ll build confidence in the data, level up our analytics discipline, and grow the team’s skill and impact.

You’ll turn data into stories, stories into strategy, and strategy into impact.

• You have 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or another similar role.
• Technical people think you are brilliant, and nontechnical people think you bring amazing value.
• You are proficient in SQL and Python.
• You have experience with data modeling and dimensional modeling.
• You have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Plotly, Streamlit) and with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• You have experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
• You have the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• You have an interest to grow in leadership and leading a team of analytics professionals.

• Partner with business leaders to translate key information needs into scalable analytics solutions and data products.
• Define and standardize metrics, reporting, forecasting, and experimentation frameworks to drive data‑informed decision‑making.
• Lead, mentor, and prioritize the work of a high‑performing analytics team based on business impact.
• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and transformations using SQL, Python, dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, and AWS Redshift.
• Own data quality by implementing validation, monitoring, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Deliver and maintain trusted, source‑of‑truth datasets and reporting assets that power critical business decisions.
