The Work- Help clients understand best practices in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to maximize data quality and compliance.
- Spot strategies, risks, and options for master data management, recommending approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their business needs.
- Lead, coach, and advise project staff, managing performance and fostering growth within the team.
- Design and prototype MDG solutions, providing clients with options and innovative approaches.
- Set up, configure, and test SAP MDG systems; understand and apply SAP methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of MDG initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
- Use your business acumen to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led, with a focus on data governance and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP MDG best practices across projects and teams.
This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of SAP implementation or transformation experience, with at least 1 year focused on SAP MDG or master data management including experience in design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP MDG objects and processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 year work experience). If Associate's degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
- Proven track record integrating SAP MDG with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FI) and third-party systems.
- You have strong knowledge of SAP MDG functionalities, including data modeling, process configuration, and data quality management.
- You have experience integrating MDG with supply chain, finance, or retail master data processes.
- You can articulate business objectives, configure solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- You excel at managing and delivering complex projects in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
