Experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Consultant.

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
• Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Provide input into high‑level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals.
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases for a clear, complete understanding.
• Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Perform or advise on system configuration, integration setup, and testing activities.
• Serve as an intermediary with the client’s Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows, and technology capabilities.
• Assist in developing and documenting data requests and source‑to‑target mapping.
• Perform other duties as assigned; may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

Three days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Nashville, Atlanta, or Columbus.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst role.
• Experience and certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If associate degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

• Experience working for a consulting firm.
• Experience with at least one full implementation of Epic.
• Knowledge of Epic PB/Claims, HB/Claims, Charge Router, Real‑Time Eligibility, revenue cycle backend applications.
