As the Senior ML Ops Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data science and engineering, ensuring the seamless deployment and scalability of our machine learning models. You'll lead a dynamic team, guiding them through best practices in ML Ops, from continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to model monitoring and governance. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating our AI-driven initiatives, enhancing our product capabilities, and achieving operational efficiency.

• Design and implement robust ML Ops pipelines to automate model training, deployment, monitoring, and management.
• Lead and mentor a team of ML Ops Engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable.
• Develop strategies for model versioning, testing, and deployment to facilitate a seamless and efficient development lifecycle.
• Monitor model performance and data drift, implementing automated alerts and processes for model retraining and optimization.
• Stay at the forefront of ML Ops trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new approaches to enhance our ML operations and infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or related field - Required
• Master's degree - Preferred
• 4+ years of experience in computer science, engineering or related technical field – Required
• 1+ years of experience in ML Ops, Dev Ops, or Data Ops initiatives, with a solid understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management - Required
• Expertise in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Required
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch) - Required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across functions – Required

• Remote - M-F, 8am – 5pm - Central Time

• This job requires travel to Nashville, TN to attend final interview, 3‑day New Hire Orientation, quarterly team meetings, and other travel on as‑needed basis
