Social Media Manager

Soni is partnering with a well-known organization to identify an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and elevate their digital presence. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on social media professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands how to drive engagement through data-driven content.

• Create, publish, and manage compelling content across multiple social media platforms for the organization’s brand channels
• Support executive and leadership social media presence with tailored, on-brand content as needed
• Actively monitor social channels by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and identifying trends, risks, or emerging conversations
• Track performance across platforms using UTM parameters and other attribution tools to measure impact
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate engagement metrics, growth, and key performance indicators
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with brand standards and organizational goals

• Deep understanding of major social media platforms, best practices, and performance analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines
• Experience with social media management and reporting tools; familiarity with Hootsuite and Google Data Studio is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline
• At least five years of professional experience managing social media for brands or organizations
• Bonus for candidates with experience creating video, motion graphics, or animated content

$80,000 - $100,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
