The Work

As a Salesforce Application Developer you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on high-quality code, scalability, and performance. The role requires extensive experience with Salesforce development and configuration tools and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Platforms in scope include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.

As the Dev Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing and supporting the other team developers, reviewing solutions for feasibility, assisting with story point assignments, defect management, and escalations. Strong communication skills are required.

Role Details

This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Chesterbrook, PA or Nashville, TN. Due to client restrictions, this role will require US Citizenship.

What You Need
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role including proficiency in Apex, LWC components, Flows, and Configurations.
  • Current Salesforce

    Certifications:

    Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ Admin
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if you have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and/or 2
Certifications

Certification:
Salesforce Admin is a must, Salesforce Service/Sales cloud is a must, PD1 and PD2 are recommended, Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator is a must

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted on 01/28/2026 and open for at least 3 days.
