We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to help shape how we tell our story and grow our reach across channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and engagement — ideal for someone who loves to build, test, and scale campaigns in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
What You ll Do- Own and evolve our social media strategy across Linked In and other key channels — creating content that drives engagement, awareness, and credibility across broker, employer, and industry audiences.
- Lead our email marketing programs, including newsletters, webinar promotions, drip campaigns, and nurture workflows in Hub Spot.
- Support integrated demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels (Linked In, programmatic, You Tube pre-roll, content syndication, etc.) to drive awareness and qualified leads.
- Partner with product marketing to amplify Mployer’s core offerings — including Insights+, Catalyst, Benefit Rating Awards, and Pulse — through thought leadership content, webinars, and campaigns.
- Develop creative brand initiatives that elevate Mployer’s position as a trusted authority in benefits analytics, including awards, press, events, and partnerships.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on impact (leads, engagement, conversions, and reach).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and sales to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and pipeline goals.
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on social media, email marketing, and demand generation.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that engages both B2B and professional audiences.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Hub Spot, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and translating data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
- Bonus points for experience in tech, SaaS, or startup environments — or in the insurance, benefits, or HR industry.
