- Lead development, validation, and automation of Windows/Surface release builds using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for scalable enterprise deployments.
- Provide L3 engineering support for complex Intune, Autopilot, and Windows OS issues, partnering with operations teams for rapid resolution.
- Design and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, knowledge bases, and self-service resources to reduce support overhead.
- Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, Defender settings, firewall rules, and MDM controls.
- Customize and maintain Windows OS images, branding, provisioning workflows, and Azure AD integrations across the device lifecycle.
- Package and deploy enterprise applications using Power Shell and PSADT with version control, automation, and rollback support.
- Implement patching, vulnerability remediation, certificate-based authentication (SCEP/NDES), and endpoint security best practices.
- Drive automation, monitoring, performance optimization, testing, and mentoring to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience.
