DTI focuses on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, and regularly partner with Big 4 SI firms.

Technology Support Contractor

Location:

Hermitage, TN

Duration: 12+ Months contract (11/20/2025 to 11/19/2026)

Contract Type: 12+ Months contract;
Must work on our W2

Overview of duties:
The Technology Support Contractor will provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure. This includes providing technical assistance for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware; diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues; installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners; monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks for optimal performance;

and documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference and training purposes.

• Provide technical support and assistance for IT systems and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and training purposes.

• Primary Skill:
  Technical Service Desk
• Level: Entry Level (0-2 years experience)

• Workstation Deployment Technician in Hermitage Office

Pay rate: $20.22/hr depending on experience
