Salary Range: $130,000 – $160,000 (base, depending on experience, location, and skills)

We are seeking a high‑impact Senior Business Analyst to join our Provider Success team. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable insights and compelling stories that demonstrate Counterpart’s value to providers, clients, and leadership. You will build scalable reporting infrastructure, partner closely with the Analytics team, and serve as a strategic analytics partner to Practice Success and Provider Engagement leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Data Translation & Storytelling Translate complex datasets into clear business insights and executive‑ready presentations.
- Reporting Infrastructure Design and build scalable reporting frameworks that capture critical performance metrics.
- Performance Management Develop and maintain a performance management system to drive provider and team success.
- Stakeholder Engagement Create high‑impact slide decks and visualizations to improve provider engagement and performance.
- Strategic Support Act as a thought partner to Provider Engagement leadership, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- First 90 Days:
- Understand current reporting gaps
- Deliver high‑quality stakeholder presentations
- First 6 Months:
- Establish a repeatable reporting cadence
- Launch a functional performance management system
- Long Term:
- Become a strategic analytics partner shaping provider adoption and performance
- 5–8 years of experience in analytics within the healthcare ecosystem
- Provider engagement, Medicare, or health plan data preferred
- Experience in consulting or executive‑level data presentation
- Proven ability to analyze large, multi‑source datasets
- Strong storytelling and slide deck creation skills
- Experience building reporting infrastructure from the ground up
- High business acumen (MBA preferred)
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
- A Data Miner – You find meaningful patterns in complex data
- A Data Translator – You explain the “why” behind the numbers
- A Master Storyteller – Your insights influence decisions
- A Systems Builder – You design scalable reporting systems
