Web Developer

We're looking for a part-time web developer to support ongoing client work and internal projects.

We’re a small creative agency that cares about craft, clarity, and being easy to work with. We’re specifically looking for someone who is cool, friendly, and collaborative. Great work matters, but so does being a decent person.

• Build and maintain Word Press sites (themes, plugins, custom tweaks)
• Translate designs from Figma into clean, responsive code
• Implement custom email signup flows and API integrations
• Optimize sites for performance and basic SEO
• Collaborate closely with designers and creative leads

• PHP (primarily for Word Press)
• Comfortable working directly with Word Press code
• Experience with API integrations
• Familiar with site optimization best practices (images, meta info, OG tags)
• Experience using SFTP and WP Engine
• Ability to translate designs into production-ready code
• Basic Photoshop skills a plus (image resizing, overlays, light tweaks)

• React, Next.js, Node.js
• Git Hub
• Three.js / React Three Fiber
• PixiJS
• Tailwind CSS (strong plain CSS still matters)
• Vercel or Netlify
• Supabase or Google Firestore

• Part-time
• Remote / Hybrid (This is flexible)
