IT Business Analyst – Healthcare | Contract to Hire | Onsite in Nashville, TN

We’re looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join one of our healthcare partners in Nashville, TN.

• This is a contract to hire position
• Fully onsite, Monday through Friday.

You’ll play a key role connecting business needs with technical solutions, helping teams understand what’s needed and how to get there. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working across business and IT, thrives in a fast paced environment, and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable steps.

In this role, you’ll meet with internal teams to define project needs and turn them into technical requirements, review project plans and test cases, and make sure all deliverables line up with the business goals. You’ll also help identify workflow improvements and keep projects moving in the right direction.

We’re looking for an individual with at least 4+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, ideally in healthcare. You should have experience with Medicare or Medicaid systems or related projects, a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and be comfortable using Visio, Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication and analytical skills are key, as you’ll be working with both technical and non-technical teams.

You’ll need to have an active certification such as CSPO, A CSPO, PMI ACP, or CSP PO. Stand out if you also have a SAFe Scaled Agile or CBAP certification, hand‑on experience in a large enterprise environment, and the ability to create clear process maps and workflows.

• Candidates must have lived in the United States for at least three of the past five years to meet CMS clearance requirements.
• Sponsorship is not available for this role.
• This is a 100 percent onsite position in Nashville.
• If you’re relocating, you’ll need to have a confirmed move date and be available for an in-person interview.
• Note: Candidates with a life insurance background typically have not been a fit for this team, so healthcare or IT business analysis experience is preferred.
