Senior Technical Test Analyst

The Senior Technical Test Analyst will support large-scale enterprise initiatives by leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for complex applications and services.

This role requires strong experience with integration testing, data validation, ETL processes, and data conversion testing.

The analyst will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure high-quality outcomes for modernization and operational enhancement projects within a Medicaid or Health and Human Services (HHS) environment.

The ideal candidate can work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Create, validate, execute, and evaluate UAT test cases based on requirement and design documents.
• Analyze issues in software or services, document defects, track resolution, and support root cause analysis.
• Review UAT test cases created by internal teams and partner organizations.
• Perform interface testing with external partners, ensuring complete requirements coverage.
• Extract, create, and manipulate test data to support test execution.
• Verify integration points across batch processes, data interfaces, and data flows.
• Execute data conversion testing and validate accuracy of data insertion, extraction, and transformation.
• Conduct peer reviews of test execution results and documentation.
• Support Beta/Pilot and Parallel testing activities as required.
• Perform other testing and QA-related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working on Eligibility, Medicaid, or Health and Human Services (HHS) IT projects.
• At least 3 years of experience supporting mid-scale or large-scale system development projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience creating and executing detailed test scripts aligned with business requirements, including experience with test automation, test strategy development, test planning, and test execution.
