The Lead, Field Engineer acts as our company’s field representative at critical and highly sensitive base and remote locations, including customer and supplier facilities. This vital role supports hardware and software installation, as well as configuration and troubleshooting on complex integrated network systems. The Field Engineer supports regular, special, and integrated system test programs, including scenario-based testing, developmental testing (DT) and operational testing (OT) at company and customer locations.

The Lead, Field Engineer is a highly skilled and experienced individual contributor working autonomously and on complex assignments to achieve operational targets, which have a significant impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with c-UAS technologies or similar defense/security systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to travel extensively, including potential deployment to remote or hostile environments.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment.
- Familiarity with military standards and technical documentation.
- Ability to assist in the development of test cases to properly validate software features
- Holder of a Department of Defense Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one) required
- Experience with related technologies such as radar systems, electronic warfare, or surveillance systems.
- Two (2) or more years of experience troubleshooting technical and/or software products required
- Appropriate technology industry certifications such as CompTIA’s A+/Network+/Security+/Server+, Cisco CCNA/CCDA, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, etc. strongly preferred
- Experience as a Department of Defense Instructor/Evaluator strongly preferred
