Overview

Seeking a proactive and customer‑focused IT professional to provide technical and administrative support for enterprise systems, desktop environments, and end‑users. This role combines hands‑on technical troubleshooting with business analysis, documentation, and system improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and update Active Directory accounts and user permissions.
- Design and manage form templates for internal use.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge‑base articles.
- Support system integrations and identify opportunities for process automation.
- Deliver responsive, high‑quality customer service across multiple communication channels.
- 2+ years of IT support or business analysis experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with SQL, scripting, VMware, VOIP systems preferred.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
