Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Transactions and Business Planner, Real Estate (India APAC).
In this role, you will support the India Real Estate team to ensure the timely completion of all Real Estate team deliverables across India and APAC region by monitoring, reporting and using Amazon tools for program management and reporting.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities- Manage the real estate deliverable from the back end to ensure timely completion of all deliverables, integration of RE schedules and milestones with other team programs. These teams would be GES, Projects, Engineering, Finance and Operations. You will work closely with PMOs and Business Planners of these teams to seamlessly integrate RE programs with their programs.
- Work in close coordination with India and APAC Real Estate Teams, manage tools such as SHIELD, Source, etc. and any other external tools Amazon may adopt for Real Estate and Engineering teams' project monitoring and review. Generate periodic reports and highlight critical path and other important delays, discrepancies etc and resolve the same programmatically.
Reporting, monitoring and defect elimination for all RE deliverables through back end intervention and programmatic solutions. Manage all escalations within the org to GM and Director RE.
About the teamThis is an Individual Contributor Role but will work closely with India and APAC Real Estate teams.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Post Graduate in Construction Management or Project Management or equivalent with relevant industry experience in construction planning and program.
