As a Science Program Manager, you will be a trusted advisor for Senior AGI‑DS scientists and customers, providing expert consultation on ML/Gen AI data collections and managing director‑level customer relationships. You will help identify trends, translate insights into actionable change, and partner with customers to drive business value.
Key Responsibilities- First point of contact and account owner for key science customers
- Build and execute plans to fulfill customers’ mid‑term and long‑term data needs across diverse domains, novel data formats, and multiple fulfillment channels
- Identify opportunities to multiply innovation across different data work streams, leading advances into science and complex data representations
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, language engineers, partner product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful change for customers’ models
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing cross‑functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of experience in complex data creation for AI models
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
- Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
