• Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
• Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
• Analyze and troubleshoot product malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime
• Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for sales and customer staff
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaint resolutions

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between field partners and customers
• Technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device compliance

• Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in using common test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
• Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
• Excellent analytical skills to communicate complex technical issues clearly
