Support Executive

Akkodis is seeking a Support Executive for a Contract with a client in Nashville, TN. Candidates must have experience in desktop infrastructure management and strong troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and provide guidance to colleagues.

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Executive job responsibilities include:

• Build and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks, and peripheral devices in accordance with department standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for installed PCs, networks, and telephone systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify, log, and resolve technical issues related to software applications or network systems promptly.
• Migrate servers and systems from older platforms (e.g., Windows XP) to newer versions such as Windows 7 or higher.
• Maintain accurate client databases and document technical issues clearly for internal teams and clients.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding incidents and ensure work is completed within agreed service levels.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in desktop infrastructure services and IT support.
• Strong hands-on experience in building and maintaining PCs, networks, and peripheral devices, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Expertise in system migration (e.g., Windows XP to Windows 7 or higher), software packaging, and familiarity with ITIL processes and Dev Ops tools.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
