In this role, you’ll help build and enhance tools that empower our customers to manage their financial products with ease and confidence. We are seeking a Technical Analyst with strong business analysis skills to support our lease and loan product platform.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology — helping customers make payments, view contracts, access loan documents, and automatically retrieve tax forms. We need someone who can bridge conversations between product owners and developers, translating business needs into technical requirements. You should be comfortable digging into API documentation, discussing front-end UI/UX concepts, and ensuring business intent is understood in “developer speak.”

• Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• Review and interpret API documentation to validate integrations and data flows.
• Understand front-end UI/UX needs to guide conversations between business and dev teams.
• Ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory/financial requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or Information Technology, or Business Administration AND 2-4 years of experience

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to collaborate well with others to accomplish Executive level projects
• Be adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
• Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and ask the right questions
• 1-2 years of experience in Agile environments
• Salesforce experience

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Developer)
• Experience with financial services or loan/lease management systems
• Familiar with APIs, data flows, and front-end frameworks

• Ability to effectively communicate with high level leaders
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find clarity
