Job Description
At Regions, the Corporate Security Systems Manager is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of security systems across Regions’ footprint.
Primary Responsibilities- Develops optimal security systems and policies
- Oversees the implementation and maintenance of security systems
- Ensures security systems meet and exceed industry standards, effectively protecting Regions’ employees and customers
- Monitors third-party systems and leads the implementation of upgrades or changes
- Conducts risk assessments, identifies vulnerabilities, and develops mitigation strategies to ensure appropriate functionality
- Develops and implements incident response plans, investigates and responds to security breaches, and recommends corrective actions
- Partners cross-functionally (e.g. Corporate Facilities, Technology, Legal, etc.) to ensure organizational alignment
- Manages vendor relationships, budgets, and service agreements
- Evaluate evolving technologies and implements changes when necessary to improve security posture
- Serves as the subject‑matter expert regarding security systems during audits, reviews, and investigations
- Manages documentation requirements, ensuring system feeds and records are properly stored and maintained
- Prepares reports on security incidents, compliance status, and risk assessments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Nine (9) years of experience in systems management, preferably in a security environment, or related field
- Pervious management experience and oversight of security technology
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), etc.)
- Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self‑motivation

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Median: $ USD
Incentive Pay Plans:
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary incentive plan. Employees are eligible to receive a discretionary award based on individual, business, and/or company performance.
