The Technology User Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in realizing that mission by empowering employees across the globe to confidently and creatively use technology.
How You’ll CREATE User Enablement & Training- Champion a user‑first mindset, ensuring that people feel confident and supported when adopting new tools.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning experiences that promote confident use of enterprise tools.
- Foster vibrant user communities around key technology platforms by sharing best practices, success stories, and “quick wins.”
- Develop accessible user resources, such as guides, videos, and knowledge articles, that make technology simple and intuitive for all employees.
- Contribute to a culture of shared learning by making knowledge resources easy to access and use across regions and business units.
- Act as a point of contact for user enablement questions, helping employees overcome challenges and discover better ways to leverage technology.
- Collaborate to plan and execute adoption strategies for new technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and strong engagement.
- Create enablement campaigns that inspire enthusiasm around tools and transformation initiatives.
- Leverage storytelling and real‑world examples to make technology relatable, helping users see the tangible benefits of new tools in their day‑to‑day workflows.
- Analyze adoption metrics and employee feedback to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with tech support and product owners to identify trends, remove barriers, and optimize the overall user experience.
- Use feedback loops and analytics to proactively identify areas where additional guidance or simplification could improve efficiency.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in technology training, user enablement, IT support, or change management.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse users, from creative professionals to executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into simple, user‑friendly guidance.
- Confident interacting with colleagues of all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Zoom, ChatGPT, , and more. Plus, the ability to quickly get up to speed on new or unfamiliar tools.
