- Experience in Scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policy, Scheduled Jobs)
- Experience in Service Now Integrations with other web applications
- Reports and Dashboards, Form administration, Knowledge Management, User Administration and other Sys admin skills
- Experience with Service Portal
- Experience with Service Now CSM is a plus
- Development experience on Service Now mobile platform is a plus.
- SQL Query
- Work with the functional team to develop solutions in Service Now and coordinate development efforts within the team
- Configure and build Service Now core and Custom applications
- Develop system integrations and process automation
- Create and configure various Service Now components
- Develop various components for Service Portal
- Create Service Now reports and dashboards
