The Role
  • This role partners closely with business units, IT, and Cat Digital to deliver seamless digital experiences and communications that support customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and operational efficiency. This role will directly influence how customers engage with Cat Financial throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding to renewal.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to plan marketing automation activities, gather requirements, develop UX prototypes, and partner with development teams to deliver automated digital experiences.
  • Support agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and deployment activities for digital products and campaigns.
  • Contribute to policies and practices for product design, training, documentation, and problem resolution.
  • Support the execution of marketing technology initiatives from the product roadmap and communicate business requirements to delivery partners.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Degree Requirement
  • Degree in Marketing and/or Communications or equivalent experience desired
Skill Required
