What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of analytics professionals, overseeing data‑driven solutions for business divisions.
- Hands‑on analytics work to solve business problems, develop solutions, and train team members.
- Champion analytics practices with business leaders and partners.
- Drive strategy for metrics, reporting, testing, analysis, and forecasting.
- Develop data quality checks, monitoring systems, and maintain data warehouses and data marts.
- Build and maintain source‑of‑truth dashboards and reports.
- Guide team work using Kanban principles and prioritize impact.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reports.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data analyst, or similar role.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Plotly, or Streamlit.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Interest and ability to grow into an analytics leadership role.
- High business knowledge and ability to influence decisions.
- Technical and non‑technical people value your contributions.

- Partner with business unit leaders to design and implement analytics solutions.
- Develop consistent metrics, reporting, testing, and forecasting strategies.
- Mentor and develop a growing team of analysts.
- Prioritize tasks and drive work using Kanban principles.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring systems.
- Build and maintain data warehouses and pipelines using modern tools (SQL, Python, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Translate stakeholder problems into data products.
- Maintain source‑of‑truth dashboards.
