Sales Engineer

• Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects
• Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for software products
• Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of solutions
• Collaborate with the regional sales team and educate clients on SOTI solutions
• Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility
• Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales/sales engineer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical programs
• Knowledge of computer networking principles and security methodologies
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload

• Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent certification
• Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent experience
• Understanding of Cloud Computing or certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
• Experience with customer service/incident management software
• Multilingual capabilities
